The Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso (PUCV) had the honor of receiving the Ambassador of Italy in Chile, Valeria Biagiotti, and the person in charge of the Embassy's School Office Gianfranco Rosso together with the Consul of Italy in Valparaíso, Franco Dezerega in a meeting that strengthens the academic and cultural ties between Italy and the University.
During the visit, Ambassador Biagiotti and the Italian delegation was received by the Rector of the PUCV, Nelson Vásquez, along with representatives of the university. The day included protocol meetings, presentation of the institution, meetings with PUCV academics and a special interaction with PUCV students who have done exchange programs in Italy and Italian exchange students at PUCV.
This meeting underscores PUCV's commitment to international relations, promoting collaboration in various academic areas. The presence of the Ambassador and her delegation highlights the importance of strengthening ties between Italy and Chile in the educational and cultural fields.
