The General Directorate of International Affairs at the Pontifical Catholic University of Valparaíso received a visit from Raja Bhattar, a member of the Board of Directors of ISEP Study Abroad, who was touring South America and came to Valparaíso with an interest in learning about the internationalization work being promoted by PUCV.
During his visit to the campus, Raja Bhattar held a meeting with the Director General of International Affairs, Orlando de la Vega Luna, and the Director of International Exchange, Ivania Yáñez. At this meeting, the institutional internationalization strategy, the main lines of work of the DGAI, and the opportunities for cooperation between the two institutions were presented.
The conversation allowed for a deeper exploration of areas of collaboration with ISEP, a review of student mobility experiences, and an exploration of new possibilities for academic exchange and the strengthening of international networks. Bhattar also took a tour of the campus to see firsthand the infrastructure, university environment, and student life at PUCV.
