PUCV receives a group of New Zealand students through the "Open Doors" Program

The main focus of this Program is to foster awareness and knowledge about Latin America and to develop New Zealanders' skills to engage with the region by immersing themselves in Spanish and addressing issues related to Latin America, such as societies, business, climate change, renewable energy, education, diversity, entrepreneurship, governance, politics, international relations, diplomacy and trade.

Students will participate in discussions on Latin American societies, explore the reality and business perspectives of indigenous peoples, address climate change and renewable energy, discuss educational issues, examine diverse societies and their inclusion, as well as dive into aspects of business and entrepreneurship.

The itinerary includes academic visits to the PUCV headquarters in Valparaíso and Santiago, as well as explorations to different outstanding places that address the aforementioned topics.

PUCV is proud to host this innovative program and hopes that this collaboration will promote mutual understanding and enriching exchange between New Zealand and Chile.
