Within the framework of the ERASMUS+ project signed between the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso (PUCV) and the University of Zagreb, Prof. Dr. Sc. Daniel Rolph Schneider, Head of the Department of Energy, Power Engineering and Environment of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Naval Architecture of the Croatian university, made an academic visit to the School of Industrial Engineering of the PUCV.
During his stay, Professor Schneider developed joint research activities, explored opportunities for collaboration in academic and scientific projects, and promoted links for future student internships. He also gave an open lecture to the university community focused on his lines of research, thus strengthening knowledge transfer and academic exchange.
Professor Schneider visited the General Directorate of International Affairs together with the academic of the School of Industrial Engineering who were received by the General Director of International Affairs, Orlando de la Vega and the Director of International Projects, Ignacio Bahamonde.
