Orlando de la Vega Luna, Director General of International Affairs at the Pontifical Catholic University of Valparaíso, attended the official reception hosted by the Japanese Embassy in Chile to commemorate Japan’s National Day.
The event brought together representatives of the diplomatic corps, government officials, and guests from academic and institutional circles for a gathering aimed at strengthening bilateral relations and fostering exchange between Chile and Japan.
The PUCV’s participation in this reception is part of the efforts led by the Office of International Affairs to strengthen the University’s ties with embassies, international organizations, and key players on the global stage.
