The Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso, headed by the General Director of International Affairs, Orlando de la Vega Luna, together with Juan Carlos del Sante, Director of Alliances and Networks PUCV met with Hernán Bascuñán, Director of the Diplomatic Academy of Chile.
