A group of students from various universities in the United States will participate in Spanish courses at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso, organized by the Centro de Español Lengua Extranjera (CELE-DGAI) of the Dirección General de Asuntos Internacionales. The students will stay in Chile for a period of 3 to 4 weeks in January, during which they will learn more about the Spanish language and Chilean culture through interactive classes and various cultural activities.
The official reception was in charge of the General Director of International Affairs of the PUCV, Professor Orlando de la Vega Luna, who welcomed them and highlighted the importance of this academic exchange to strengthen cultural and educational ties between Chile and the United States.
As part of their arrival, the students were given a tour of Valparaiso, where they had the opportunity to explore the World Heritage city and immerse themselves in its rich history, colorful architecture and vibrant local culture.
