The Pontifical Catholic University of Valparaíso, through its Office of International Affairs (DGAI), officially launched the 2026 Summer 1 Program, welcoming international students who will be participating in an academic and cultural experience at the University over the coming weeks.
The opening day took place at the PUCV Main Campus and included various integration and orientation activities for the participating students. Highlights included sessions on Health and Safety, academic orientation, an institutional welcome, and the “Español de Chile” activity, designed to introduce international students to local culture and expressions. Participants also took a tour of the city of Valparaíso, strengthening their connection to the region’s heritage and cultural environment.
The program also includes the start of classes and academic activities during the Summer 1 term, which will run through June 2026.
