The Director General of International Affairs, Professor Orlando de la Vega; the Director of International Exchange, Ivania Yañez; and the Director of International Projects, Ignacio Bahamonde, met with the Head of the Education Office of the Embassy of Italy, Gianfranco Rosso, in a meeting aimed at strengthening collaboration in the international educational field between the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso (PUCV) and the Embassy of Italy.
The main objective of the meeting was to reaffirm and consolidate the already existing cooperation ties between the two institutions in the field of international educational cooperation.
During the meeting, various topics related to educational cooperation were discussed, highlighting the importance of promoting academic exchanges, joint research projects and international training programs. Both parties agreed on the relevance of these efforts to enrich the educational experience of students, strengthen academic research and promote intercultural understanding.
Satisfaction was expressed for the opportunity to strengthen collaboration and enthusiasm was expressed to continue working on projects that promote cultural and academic exchange between Italy and Chile.
