This October 10, the entity celebrates 200 years in the city. Its dean and honorary consul of Belgium, Ruth Engels, met with the General Director of International Affairs PUCV, Orlando de la Vega, and gave details of the anniversary in which the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Senate and the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso also participate.
