The strong links with foreign academics and the Unesco Chair for Reading and Writing has allowed the PUCV, says Dr. René Venegas, academic of the Institute of Literature and Language Sciences, to become "a nucleus of research development in processes of comprehension and production of written texts, and this is recognized nationally and internationally".
